Permaculture Academy on Salt Spring Island, BC

Hello Family and Friends,

Heidi and I have recently redesigned our Seven Ravens Farm website and we are happy to announce the formation of our Permaculture Academy here on Salt Spring Island, BC. 
 
The Permaculture Academy begins this April and we will run three separate 8-week sessions throughout the summer, with the final session beginning at the farm in September and then continuing in Kenya in October, where we will install Permaculture gardens for sustainable food and resource production at the 4th and 5th primary schools within 4 years. Our focus in the Academy is to train students to become teachers of Permaculture farming principles, which they can then apply and teach anywhere in the world.
 
We wanted to make you aware of the changes in store for us at the farm, and also to let you know that we'd really appreciate you passing on our info and the link to our website to anybody who you think might be interested in the Academy or interested in learning about/supporting our continuing work in Africa. 
 
We have also completed a short film about my history in Kenya over the past 20+ years and about our ongoing primary school projects in Africa, which you can view through our website or directly on Youtube at http://youtu.be/DghPDWB3D-g.
